1. Information Collection
Mailvex is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require registration, names, or personal email addresses to use our service. We only temporarily process incoming emails to display them to you.
2. Data Retention
All temporary email addresses and their contents are ephemeral. Once an inbox expires or is manually deleted, all associated emails are permanently removed from our servers. We do not keep backups or archives of your temporary emails.
3. Analytics and Tracking
We may use basic analytics to understand how our service is used and to ensure reliability. This data is aggregated and anonymized, and cannot be used to identify individual users or their email contents.
4. Security
Incoming HTML emails are sanitized on the server before being delivered to your browser to protect you from malicious scripts. However, temporary inboxes are public by address, meaning anyone with the address can read the mail. Do not use Mailvex for sensitive or private information.
